RSP Processing Rules

RSP Processing Rules

Processing Rules for creasing, diecutting, kisscutting and perforating – height–adjusted and especially developed for and matched to use with RSP.

Precise and efficient

Thanks to state-of-the-art production technology, the Processing Rules achieve convincing precision and quality. Cuts, creases and perforations are executed exactly – for faultless further processing of the printing products.

The Processing Rules are made of corrosion-resistant stainless steel. They are therefore also suitable for larger runs and the mounted grid sheets can be used more frequently. Due to the optimum adhesive power, once they are set up, the grid sheets can be used longer. Their stability makes handling easy. A particular advantage of the RSP Perforating Rules: their precision perforation teeth. As a result, less dust forms during the production process.

Flexible

The Processing Rules can be used for diverse applications and are suitable for all kinds of requirements, whether the form of perforation or specific creasing for different materials.

Advantages at a glance:

  • Especially developed for use with RSP
  • Lower costs due to larger runs
  • Greater efficiency due to more frequent use of the grid sheets
  • Longer life for grid sheets due to optimum adhesive power
  • Greater stability in handling
  • Faultless further processing thanks to maximum accuracy and quality
  • Can be used flexibly for all kinds of requirements and materials

RSP Cutting Rule only cutting 6 m 1 reel BRF00008

RSP Creasing Rules

Creasing rule specially matched to the use of RSP components with different heights. The R1 creasing rule is used for only creasing, because it is the same height as a cutting or perforation rule.

However, in the case of a multiple use with creasing and/or cutting or perforating, the R2 creasing rule has to be used because this has a lower overall height.

horizontal to fold 12 tpi
Cellophaned envelopes vertical and horizontal to perforation 8 tpi, 12 tpi

Note:
The values mentioned above are a rough guide for standard materials and are not binding.
The following items have an imporant infl uence on the correct perfo rule:

  • weight of the material to be printed
  • direction
  • coated paper
  • uncoated paper
  • form of perforation

For special requirements a test perforation with all variations should be made on a print sheet with the respective material to be printed.
