CITO Polytop – High Performance Ejection Material for use with rotary diecutters

CITO Polytop is an extremely wear-resistant and top quality ejection material that has been specially developed for the diecutting industry. Using CITO Polytop considerably reduces waste in the sheet edge area and in the pallet. The product guarantees maximum ejection safety. Ink absorption and thus ink casts on the sheet are avoided by the special surface properties. The colour-coding for the different hardnesses allows a quick and easy optical check of the quality. CITO Polytop has been certified as safe for the production of folding cartons for food.

The very first advantage is the prolonged life of a cutting die due to the harder wearing material.
